Cancellation Policy

At Creative Corner Studios, we put care into every celebration — from birthday parties to corporate team‑builders and special milestone events. To keep our experiences running smoothly for all guests, we’ve crafted a simple, transparent cancellation policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled event receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or one free reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non‑refundable due to staffing, materials, and preparation already in progress. No‑Shows: If your group does not attend the scheduled event without prior notice, the booking is considered a no‑show and is non‑refundable. Late Arrivals Bookings are based on length of time. Late arrivals will reduce participation time as start and end times must be strictly adhered to. Studio‑Initiated Cancellations We will always do our best to ensure events are held on the original booking date and time; however, if Creative Corner Studios must cancel due to weather, staffing, or unexpected circumstances, you may choose between: A full refund, or Free rescheduling to the next available date.
